Crap. Seacom cable cut close to Dubai. Provides around 75% of bandwidth to kenya

About time for ISPs to buy bandwidth on multiple sea cables.
Redundancy is a must for ISPs. (not to mention having their nodes on
power backup!!!!) #fail zuku
